Substitution Policy
What if my chosen flowers aren’t available?
Flowers
There may be instances when certain flower varieties or their colors are not available or out of stock. Unfortunately every flower in every color cannot be kept in stock at all times. In the event that something is not available for your arrangement, the designer will select either the same flower in a similar color or another flower in the same color. We will make every effort to stay true to the original style and color scheme in all situations. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design.
Boxes & Vases
As flowers are not always available, some boxes or vases may not always be available. This is common during peak times such as holidays. If your selected box or vase is not available, the designer will select a box or vase that is close as possible to what you have originally selected.
Product Questions
Will the arrangement look exactly like the picture?
Many of our products are our own unique design. We make all orders as close as possible to what you see on our site.
What if I want something that isn’t pictured?
If you have a specific arrangement in mind and don’t see it online, you can contact us using the online form.
What is the cancellation policy?
If an order has not been filled, we can cancel with no questions asked and refund in full.
Delivery Questions
What is your delivery area?
We deliver within a 25 mile radius of Annandale, VA
What time will my order be delivered?
For residences, we will deliver between 9 AM and 5 PM (up to 7 PM on holidays). For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the floral arrangement for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During major holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 7 PM Please note: Florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery. Please include apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable.
My order is being delivered to a business. What time will it arrive?
All business deliveries are made by 5 PM. If the recipient works unusual hours or leaves before 5pm, please inform us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee specific timing.
